PENGARUH PERSEPSI TENTANG BANK SYARIAH TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN PRODUK DI BNI SYARIAH SEMARANG

Abstract


Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh persepsi tentang bank syariah terhadap minat menggunakan produk di BNI Syariah Semarang. Persepsi tentang bank syariah terdiri dari atas 3 tiga variabel, yaitu: persepsi tentang bunga bank, persepsi tentang sistem bagi hasil, dan persepsi tentang produk bank syariah. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain paradigma positivistik. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Untuk itu peneliti mengambil 200 nasabah BNI Syariah Semarang sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sementara itu, teknik analisis datanya menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda (Ordinary Least Square). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, persepsi tentang bunga bank berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan produk bank syariah. Kedua, persepsi tentang sistem bagi hasil berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan produk bank syariah. Ketiga, persepsi tentang produk bank syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan produk bank syariah.

THE EFFECT OF PERCEPTION ABOUT S HARIAH BANK TO THE INTEREST OF USING PRODUCTS IN SYARIAH BNI SEMARANG. This study examined the effect of the perception of the Islamic bank to use the product in the interest of Shariah BNI Semarang. Perceptions of Islamic bank consists of three variables, namely the perception of bank interest, the perception of the profit-sharing system and the perception of the Islamic bank products. This research is quantitative design positivistic paradigm. The samples in this study is done by using accidental sampling technique. To the researchers took 200 customers BNI Semarang Shariah as the sample in this study. While the technique of data analysis using multiple regression analysis (Ordinary Least Square). The findings of this study indicate that: First, the perception of the banks interest in a positive and significant effect on the interest to use the products of Islamic banks. Second, the perception of the profit-sharing system has positive and significant effect on the interest to use the products of Islamic banks. Third, the perception of the Islamic bank products do not affect the interest of using the products of Islamic banks.
