DIALOG INTERAKTIF SEBAGAI UPAYA EVALUASI DAKWAH

Abstract


Dakwah adalah suatu usaha mempertahankan, melestarikan, dan menyempurnakan umat manusia agar mereka tetap beriman kepada Allah, dengan menjalankan syariat-Nya sehingga mereka menjadi manusia yang hidup bahagia di dunia maupun di akhirat. Termasuk diantara fungsi manajemen adalah monitoring dan evaluasi. Monitoring dan evaluasi merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur suatu program atau kegiatan dakwah.Tanpa ada keduanya maka kita tidak akan mengetahui dan tidak akan bisa mengukur program itu berhasil atau gagal. Desain monitoring dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu: (1) monitoring melalui kunjungan lapangan (field visit); (2) monitoring melalui laporan kemajuan yang di peroleh dari laporan dari masing-masing satuan penanggung jawab program baik itu yag menangani program/ kegiatan penunjang atau ungkitan utama yang meliputi persentase target dan realisasi serapan dana serta persentase target dan realisasi kemajuan kegiatan. Sedangkan desain evaluasi dakwah evaluasi dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara yakni evaluasi terhadap perencanaan dan evaluasi terhadap program. Evaluasi terhadap perencanaan dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui apakah program yang dilakukan sesuai dengan visi dan misi serta tujuan atau tidak. Sedangkan evaluasi terhadap program dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui apakah program yang dijalankan sesuai dengan kebutuhan umat atau tidak. Takmir Masjid Ash-Shiddiq memonitoring ke lapangan dengan melihat kekurangan-kekurangan program dakwah seperti dialog interaktif sebagai bahan masukan terhadap seksi dakwah. Kemudian seksi dakwah melaporan kemajuan -kemajuan yang diperoleh. Sedangkan evaluasi dakwah dilakukan terhadap perencanaan dan program dakwah dialog interaktif agar berjalan sesuai dengan visi-misi dan tujuan serta program yang dijalankan sukses sesuai dengan kebutuhan jamaah Masjid Ash-Shiddiq.

INTERACTIVEDIALOGUEASADAWAEVALUATION. Dawa monitoring and evaluation is a tool used to measure a program or a dawa activity. It is done in order the dawa is accordance with the plan, the targets and objectives that are desired by the perpetrators of the dawa. Based on it, the role of dawa monitoring and evaluation is very determining towards the success of dawa. These two things are what were done by Ash-Shiddi Mosque management (takmir) in measuring the dawa activity that is packaged in the interactive dialogue so that the program is well underway and successful. The successful indications of this activity is the increasing of the number of jamaah Ash-Shiddi Mosque, their Islamic insights is also increased and becoming more mature in respect of differences, the height awareness in doing charity and degree of religiosity.
