YUDISIA Jurnal Pemikiran Hukum dan Hukum Islam was first published by the Ahwal Syakhshiyyah, Sharia Department of STAIN Kudus in 2007. This journal is published as a forum for lecturers, researchers and enthusiasts of Islamic law and law studies to share knowledge and related knowledge according to the focus and scope determined by the editor.
From beginning of its pubication, YUDISIA has been registered ISSN number from PDII-LIPI as a journal in the category of religion. Yudisia : Jurnal Pemikiran Hukum dan Hukum Islam has received a Sinta 3 rating based on the Decree of the Director General of Research Strengthening and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia on November 2017. The articles of this journal are published bi-annually; June and December.
This journal is to provide a forum for the sharing, dissemination and discussion of research, experience and perspectives across a wide range of law and islamic law. The focus and scope of “Yudisia: Jurnal Pemikiran Hukum dan Hukum Islam” includes the following topics: Islamic Law as A Living Law, Islamic Family Law, Law and Social Studies, Constitutional Law (Fiqh Siyasah), Administrative Law, Penal Law (Fiqh Jinayah) and Criminology, Jurisprudence, Islamic Astronomy Observatory, The Field of Worship Fiqh. Editorial board receives the articles from the lecturer, educators, students, scholars, and researchers on Law And Islamic Law to be published after having tight selection, peer review, and serious editing.
