Abstract

Advocate is one of the law enforcers parallel with other law enforcement institutions, because the Advocate profession as an honorable profession (officium nobile) is under the protection of the law in doing their profession, the law and the Code of Ethics, has the freedom based on Advocates honor and personality in the principles of Independence, Honesty, Confidentiality and Disclosure.

Code of ethics of the law enforcement profession is reflected in the code of ethics Advocate, there are five professional ethics of Advocate (Advocate personality, relationships with clients, relationships with peers, how to act in handling cases and the provisions of the code of ethics).
