TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI (TINJAUAN EKONOMI DAN SANKSI SYARA SERTA UU TIPIKOR)

Abstract


Social inequalities in society between the lives of the people of Indonesia which are far different from the behavior of state officials as well as the life of the state leader seemed to be a common sight in the country of Indonesia. Crimes against the state under the guise and the name of the people, religion, or class are like the old song that does not lead. Religious norms and Anti-Corruption Act are just like attachment of the officials agenda book. The economy is getting worse open the opportunity for new crimes to cover the needs of people. So the question arises, how corruption can affect the economy, in Indonesia? What strategies can be done to minimize the corruption? How is sanctions from syara and Anti-Corruption Act in Indonesia?

These questions are relevant to be answered as solutions of problems that hit the country of Indonesia today. Therefore, religious norms are the last hope in overcoming moral decadence of nation's leaders to seek awareness as taubat nasukha.
