IJTIMAIYA: Journal of Social Science and Teaching (E-ISSN: 2720-9245 | P-ISSN: 2580-8990) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published biannually by the Department of Social Studies Education, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Kudus. In official partnership with the Association of Social Studies Educators of Indonesia (Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik IPS Indonesia - APRIPSI), IJTIMAIYA serves as a premier scholarly platform dedicated to advancing empirical research, theoretical developments, and pedagogical innovations within Social Studies Education and the broader Social Science and Humanities.
IJTIMAIYA publishes original research articles and critical reviews addressing contemporary social issues, curriculum development, learning models, and socio-cultural dynamics in education. The journal invites interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches integrating perspectives from sociology, history, economics, anthropology, geography, civics, and educational technology to contribute meaningfully to global educational and social discourse.
IJTIMAIYA is a journal managed by Social Studies Education Program at Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kudus, which is published twice a year. IJTIMAIYA is a journal that publishes scientific articles in the form of research related about issues in the social studies education, social science learning, pedagogy, and contemporary social inquiries. The editorial board accepts articles from lecturers, teachers, observers and researchers to be published after going through a rigorous selection, peer review, and editing process. All of the published articles in this issue were authored/co-authored by 19 authors from 12 differences Institutions, and 5 difference countries (Indonesia, Belgium, Malaysia, Tanzania, and Germany).
