HAK OPSI DAN KOMPETENSI PERADILAN AGAMA DALAM HUKUM KEWARISAN

Abstract

The choice of law is the right granted by the Law No. 7 Year 1989 on Religious Court to Muslims to decide the law they want to use to share inheritance. After the promulgation of the Law No 3 Year 2006 on the revision on the Law No 7 Year 1989 explicitly, the right has been abolished, however, implicitly the right is still acknowledged.
