ISLAMIC VALUES IN INCLUSION LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOL OF LIFE LEBAH PUTIH SALATIGA

Abstract


Inclusion is a program that is being heavily campaigned by the government. Inclusion emphasizes on ethics, social solidarity that education is for all. Inclusion adheres to the principle of flexibility in terms of both curriculum and defensive management. Learning management is the heart of learning and learning is an effort to develop one's life skills . The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) planning (2) organizing; (3) implementation of: and (4) an inclusive learning assessment system in the Salatiga White Bee School of Life .

This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the Principal and facilitators of thegrade 1st-3rd. Data collection techniques use semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data conclusion, while the technique of data validity uses triangulation of data.

Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) planning of inclusive learning School of Life Lebah Putih Salatiga includes: (a) the curriculum used is KTSP which is formulated in the style of the Lebah Putih; (b) all zone facilitators, and school consultants are involved in establishing learning plans; (2) organizing includes organizing the layout of learning, learning resources, and methods as well as the media in learning; (3) the implementation of: (a) the child is guided to develop life skills and find their identity; (b) learning at the White Bee prioritizes enjoyable learning; (c) there is a facilitator who has a role to assist ABK; and (4) the scoring system includes: (a) the assessment used is an authentic appraiser; (b) there are two report cards for ABK.
