Fikrah: Jurnal Ilmu Aqidah dan Studi Keagamaan adheres to the authorship criteria established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) to ensure transparency, integrity, and accountability in scholarly publishing. To qualify as an author, an individual must meet all four of the following criteria:
- Substantial Contribution: Make substantial contributions to the conception or design of the research, or to the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of research data and materials.
- Manuscript Preparation: Participate in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.
- Final Approval: Review and approve the final version of the manuscript before publication.
- Accountability: Agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work and ensure that any questions concerning its accuracy or integrity are appropriately investigated and resolved.
All individuals listed as authors must meet these four criteria and take responsibility for their contributions to the manuscript. Contributors who do not meet all four criteria, such as those providing technical assistance, language editing, administrative support, or research funding, should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgments section rather than listed as authors.
The journal does not permit inappropriate authorship practices, including gift authorship, guest authorship, and ghost authorship. Any changes to authorship must be approved by all authors and communicated to the editorial team.
By submitting a manuscript to Fikrah: Jurnal Ilmu Aqidah dan Studi Keagamaan, all authors confirm that they meet the established authorship criteria and agree to uphold the principles of academic integrity and responsible scholarly publishing.
