Analisis Efektivitas Strategi Holiday Exchange System Pada Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Padurenan Jaya Kudus

Abstract


The practice of Islamic economic development does not only speak to the macro sector, but the micro sector is no less important to be developed in order to spur the growth of the Islamic economy. Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) requires the right strategy to be able to provide support in the development of Islamic economics. One of the writer's concerns in conducting this research is the holiday exchange system strategy implemented by Padurenan Jaya Cooperative of Business Multipurpose (KSU). This strategy should not be applied to a business whose scope is MSME. The holiday exchange system strategy applies operations for 7 days a week, but employees still have the right to get a day off. This research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the holiday exchange system that has been carried out at KSU Padurenan Jaya. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques through interviews and observations, research subjects managers, employees and members of Padurenan Jaya Kudus KSU. The results of this study indicate that a holiday exchange system is suitable to be applied in a MSME but requires careful preparation. If this strategy can be implemented well, then MSMEs can run more productively and still maintain Islamic business ethics so as to create an Islamic economy with integrity and growing.
