1. Plagiarism and Similarity Check
ZISWAF: Jurnal Zakat dan Wakaf requires all submitted manuscripts to be original and properly cite the work of others. The journal checks the textual similarity of every manuscript using a plagiarism-detection tool before it is sent for peer review. Similarity reports are evaluated by the editorial team based on the nature and context of the similarities, rather than the similarity percentage alone. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, or inappropriate text reuse may be rejected.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence
The use of generative AI by authors, editors, and peer reviewers, including disclosure requirements and AI screening, is governed by the journal's Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy. Undisclosed or inappropriate use of AI is treated as a breach of publication ethics.
